1. Overview

BlackJack Stat Master is a card-tracking, basic-strategy advisor, and Hi-Lo card-counting statistics app for blackjack players. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how that information is used, and how it is handled.

The app does not require users to create an account or sign in for normal use.

2. Age Requirement

BlackJack Stat Master is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The app is not directed to children under 18 and is not designed for use by minors. Users confirm that they are at least 18 years old before using the app.

If you believe a minor has used the app or that data from a minor has been provided to the app, stop using the app and contact us at apps3mb@gmail.com so the associated data can be deleted.

3. Information We Collect

To operate the app, maintain subscription access, improve reliability, and prevent abuse of free-prediction features, we may collect limited technical data, including:

  • Device or app-instance identifiers, such as the Android ID on Android, the identifier for vendor on iPhone and iPad, and Firebase installation identifiers
  • App-integrity checks from Google Play Integrity (Android) or Apple App Attest (iPhone and iPad), used only to confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the app
  • App interaction data
  • Crash logs
  • Diagnostics and performance data
  • Subscription verification metadata needed to confirm premium access status

The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, location, or any other directly identifying personal information.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing app functionality and maintaining premium access
  • Enforcing daily free-usage limits and preventing fraud, abuse, or repeated reward misuse
  • Analyzing app performance and feature usage trends
  • Diagnosing crashes, bugs, and service failures
  • Improving app quality, stability, and supportability

5. Payments and Subscription Verification

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store, depending on your device. Payment card details are handled directly by the applicable store. BlackJack Stat Master does not receive full payment card information.

The app may transmit purchase verification data, such as purchase tokens or receipt-related metadata, to backend services in order to validate subscription status and restore premium access where supported.

6. Data Sharing

BlackJack Stat Master does not sell personal data and does not share collected data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

We use service providers, including Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services, to support hosting, analytics, crash reporting, subscription verification, and backend functionality on our behalf.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the app. Data transmitted between the app and backend services is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain technical and operational data only as long as reasonably necessary for app functionality, subscription verification, fraud prevention, analytics, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and security.

Request deletion of your data: To request deletion of any backend data associated with your device or subscription, email us at apps3mb@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request — BlackJack Stat Master". Include the approximate dates of use and, if available, your device's anonymous installation identifier (visible in the app's diagnostic information). We will action verified requests within 30 days, subject to limited exceptions for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Uninstalling the app also clears all locally stored data on the device.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or similar laws), including:

  • The right to access the information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction or deletion of that information
  • The right to opt out of certain processing or to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability where applicable
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction

We do not sell personal information and do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore no "do not sell or share" mechanism required.

10. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

This app is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. Card-counting strategies and probability information are provided for academic understanding of game mathematics. The app does not facilitate or encourage gambling and does not accept, process, hold, or pay out any wagers. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws regarding gambling activities.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest published version on this page is the version that applies. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.
