Terms of Service

By installing or using BlackJack Stat Master ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is published by Manav Arora, an individual developer based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us").
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The App is not directed to minors and minors are not permitted to use it.
The App is a card-tracking, basic-strategy advisor, and Hi-Lo card-counting statistics tool intended strictly for entertainment and educational study of blackjack mathematics. The App:
You alone are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding gambling and card-counting activities. Card counting may be discouraged or restricted by individual casinos.
The App is not financial, legal or gambling advice. Please do not rely on it for any decision involving money. You alone decide what you do with anything the App shows, and you are responsible for those decisions.
Premium features are made available via auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple's App Store, depending on your device. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the point of purchase and are processed by the applicable store. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by that store's terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your Google Play or App Store subscription management screen. Cancelling stops future billing; existing access remains until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing or feature sets in future releases of the App. Such changes apply to new purchases; existing subscribers retain access at their original purchase terms until their next renewal.
A paid subscription gives you Premium only while the store confirms that it is paid and active. If the App cannot get that confirmation, Premium may pause until it can. A refund, a revoked purchase, or a failed or paused payment ends Premium. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Please ask the store for any refund. We are not obliged to give a refund ourselves unless the law requires it.
Non-premium users receive a limited daily allowance of free strategy tips, shown in the App. We may change this allowance in a later version. The allowance is enforced in part by a Cloud Function with anti-tamper protection: attempts to bypass the limit through uninstalling and reinstalling the App, or by manipulating the device clock, may result in temporary restriction or revocation of access without notice.

As far as the law allows, we may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without prior notice. In that case we owe no refund unless the law or the store's rules require one.
The App, including its source code, design, content, strategy charts, and trademarks, is owned by the developer of BlackJack Stat Master. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of strategy advice, or uninterrupted availability of cloud services.
Strategy and probability information is mathematical guidance only. Card games are inherently chance-based; short-run results may diverge from long-run expectations. We make no guarantee that following the App's advice will produce any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of BlackJack Stat Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from a decision you make using the App, or for events outside our reasonable control, including an outage or decision of a store, network or other service provider. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
As far as the law allows, you agree to cover any loss, claim or cost we face because you broke these Terms or the law while using the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Your legal rights stay yours: nothing in these Terms removes rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on what information the App collects and how it is used.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest published version on this page is the version that applies. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise. Please contact us first, so we can try to sort it out.
If you send us an idea, suggestion or feedback, we may use it freely and without paying you or owing you anything. We try to answer support messages, but we do not promise a reply time.
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature, including what Premium includes. If a change does not suit you, you can cancel your subscription in the store at any time.
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, Apple's agreement takes priority for that copy of the App.
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer the App and these Terms to someone else, and that does not reduce your legal rights.
